Pemberton

A mixed use scheme of residential development and employment use situated close to Junction 25 of the M6 Motorway. The site has outline planning permission for around 56,000 sqm of employment use and new homes, together with a hotel, public house and retail outlet. The first phase of residential development is now complete.
