Garrett Hall is a 28-hectare, 600 home residential development in Tyldsley, Wigan. The new homes will sit alongside a network of linked green open spaces, featuring parkland areas, wildlife corridors and woodland copses, creating an integrated and sustainable residential development. They also sit adjacent to the Leigh Guided Busway providing sustainable transport links into Leigh, Salford and Manchester.

The first phase of 244 units has recently been built out by Redrow Homes. This phase, known as Bridgewater View is made up of 181 three or four bedroom homes and a further 61 in a mix of two and three bedroom affordable homes developed under Redrow’s Harwood Homes brand.

Located just nine miles from Manchester and within easy reach of the North West motorway network, the community at Garrett Hall has easy access to open countryside and outstanding schools.
